  1. Hide all chocolate

It may seem like a straightforward solution, but you’d be surprised how much weight you can lose if you actually just keep all chocolate, donuts, biscuits – and other sugary, fatty snacks out of reach. 2. Find an audience to keep up with you

3. Use smaller plates

4. Use olive oil on your bread instead of butter

Before you click on the close tab out of sheer disgust, have you actually tried doing this? it’s not as disgusting as it seems (most margarine contains oil anyway). If you use a small amount it will moisten the bread enough that you wont end up needing butter or margarine at all.  Can’t give up the bread basket? You’ll eat 23 percent less bread and 16 percent fewer calories, according to a 2003 study in the International Journal of Obesity.

5. Don’t Peel Fruits

When you eat apples or use them for cooking, don’t get rid of the skins. A substance in apple peel increases muscle! and it’s extremely healthy. It has enough fibre in it to increase bowel movements that are essential for losing weight. This one may seem like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised how many people peel their fruit unnecessarily.

6. Become the best version of yourself 

You all know that the best version of you is hidden away and dying to be set free. 7. Create a distraction

Your food cravings usually pass within 10 minutes, that is a fact. You will need to find ways to distract yourself by calling a friend, walking, meditating, Facebooking, or painting your nails. You could even play a video game, there’s a million and one ways you can distract yourself these days so getting creative and doing something is a very handy tool when trying to lose weight.

8. Stop eating as much meat

This one is very straight forward, eat more fruit and veg and less meat. They are the best foods (and you can pretty much eat as much as you like). 9. Slow it all right down

Do everything slowly. That includes eating. You will find that you get full up quicker, your stomach does not close for at least 10 mins after eating a big meal so if you eat it quickly, you are more liked to go for a sweet treat afterwards. Take your time and savour the flavours, you won’t regret doing so.

10. Listen to fast music (high tempo music)
